This historic 1920s art deco/art nouveau condominium building needed a new and inviting landscape – all while building consensus with the homeowners.
Ivy Street Design created an entry experience that complemented the stylized building with plantings, site walls, and entry walks.
The design was a win with the HOA, as well as with the urban neighborhood dog walkers and passers-by.
