For Octane Alley, Ivy Street teamed up with architects and the owners of Erico Motorsports to convert a concrete parking lot into a pedestrian friendly green space and shared outdoor plaza. The courtyard will contain transitional spaces for retail and food truck use along with a large stage for various events and concerts year-round. Octane Alley will be a future common consumption space between the multiple restaurants and tenants, offering a collaborative vibe. The numerous trees and planting beds will create a really fresh and natural aesthetic in an area dominated by buildings. A very unique steel pergola, water feature, and roof deck all bring the area to life.
