Since opening in summer of 2021, the Denver Beer CO’s Downing Street Taproom has become a popular neighborhood gathering spot for friends, families, and dogs.
During the project’s design phase, the owners expressed that they wanted patrons to feel like they were in the Colorado outdoors, enjoying a beer after a hike.
Ivy Street Design transformed this former parking lot into a vibrant hang-out by creating a variety of multi-season outdoor spaces; a covered patio for warm summer evenings, a fire pit for cooler weather, and a green turf berm that immediately encourages play.
