When Metro West Housing decided to embark on Phase 2 of the Lamar TOD housing, a thoughtful landscape design was mission critical, both for the resident’s enjoyment and to protect the adjacent natural creek.
Ivy Street Design worked on this project in three phases: the building, detention pond and courtyards; a barbeque, picnic and garden area; and lastly, a creek clean up and access plan.
